How Do I Trade Price Channel Stock Chart Patterns?

Price Channel stock chart patterns are very common in all time frames. This pattern is useful in many ways, entry points, exit points, determining trends, and change of trend. Look at the chart below.

The price makes a series of highs and lows. When trend lines are drawn, they form parallel lines that act as a channel for the price. When price touches one trend line it bounces off and goes toward the other. This pattern appears in both bullish and bearish trends. When a trend line is broken, it signals a change of trend. Some traders use this as their primary strategy, selling or buying when a trend line is touched or broken.

Stock Investment Tip

You don't have to have the best stock picks to be successful. Just continue your stock trading education. Add stock chart patterns to your stock trading program and you will begin making money in the stock market. Leave Price Channel and go back to Stock Chart Patterns.
