We look at where the market has been, and where it's headed using elliot wave. We put a potential crash scenario that is on the table, as the market is still feeling the bearishness of the news, and the volume has not yet picked up yet. It is important to rememeber that this market is buying on rumors of bailouts and neglecting horrible data, like the jobs data, and then once the bailout is passed, the market focuses back on the data, as there is no bullish catalyst. With that in mind, the market starts crashing and is now pricing in horrible unemployment. We talk about a possible end to the bear market around late march, early april, and a great year of 2009 after this bottom.
